Some of these factors that can increase the chances of developing injury of a person groin include:
- tightness of muscles in the groin or adductors
- inadequate warm-up before strenuous activity
- inappropriately technical training or training
- muscle imbalances
- muscle weakness
- recurring groin injury
- bad packaging
- poor posture
